What's the minimum order for hotel laundry service?
Pricing and any minimum are set per account in your quote. We work with properties of every size, from boutique hotels to full-service resorts. Tell us your typical weekly volume and we'll build a custom quote around it.
Can you handle seasonal spikes in occupancy?
Absolutely. We plan for extra volume in peak seasons, events, and holidays. Tell us ahead of a big week and we will plan the extra pickups.
Do you provide linens or just launder ours?
We launder the linens your property already owns. We do not rent or sell linens. If you need to purchase additional hotel-grade inventory, we can point you to linen suppliers.
What's your turnaround time for hotel laundry?
Turnaround is set with you as part of your quote, based on your schedule and volume. We can accommodate weekday pickup and delivery schedules, Monday to Friday.
How do you handle damaged or lost items?
We maintain a damage protection policy. Items damaged in our care are covered up to 10 times the cleaning cost of the affected item, with a maximum of $500 per order. Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Tell us about anything worth more than $100 before we pick it up. Full terms are on our Terms of Service page.
Can you handle laundry for a hotel of any size?
Yes. Hotel pickup is arranged per account when we build your quote, so tell us your property's location and volume and we'll build the route around it.
Can you match our current linen standards?
Yes. Tell us your fold, pressing and packaging standards when we set up your account, and we follow them on every order.
What detergents do you use?
We use commercial detergents that are tough on stains but gentle on fabrics. We can accommodate specific detergent requests, including a fragrance-free wash.
