What's the minimum order for hotel laundry service?
We work with hotels of every size, from boutique properties to full-service resorts. Tell us your typical weekly volume and we'll build a custom quote around it.
Can you handle seasonal spikes in occupancy?
Absolutely. We maintain surge capacity for peak seasons, events, and holidays. Just give us 48 hours notice for significant volume increases.
Do you provide linens or just launder ours?
We primarily launder your existing linens. If you need to purchase additional hotel-grade inventory, we can point you to linen suppliers.
What's your turnaround time for hotel laundry?
Standard turnaround is 24 to 48 hours. We can accommodate weekday pickup and delivery schedules, Monday to Friday.
How do you handle damaged or lost items?
We maintain a damage protection policy. Items damaged in our care are covered up to 10 times the cleaning cost of the affected item, with a maximum of $500 per order. Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Tell us about anything worth more than $100 before we pick it up. Full terms are on our Terms of Service page.
Do you service hotels outside the West Valley and Northwest Phoenix?
Commercial accounts, including hotels, are open across the Phoenix metro, not limited to the West Valley and Northwest Phoenix area we serve for residential pickup and delivery. Commercial pickup is arranged per account when we build your quote, so tell us your property's location and volume and we'll confirm the route.
Can you match our current linen standards?
Yes. During onboarding, we review your brand standards and create a custom care profile for your property. We can match any fold style, pressing standard, or packaging preference.
What detergents do you use?
We use commercial detergents that are tough on stains but gentle on fabrics. We can accommodate specific detergent requests, including a fragrance-free wash.
