Airbnb laundry FAQs
How do I book a pickup?
Use the Book a Pickup button, enter the property address, and choose a weekday. You can book a pickup for each turnover.
How fast do I get my laundry back?
Standard turnaround is 24 to 48 hours.
Do I need to be there?
No. Leave the bags outside the door or where we can reach them, and add a gate or lockbox code in the pickup notes when you book. We drop the clean laundry at the door and the driver takes a photo.
Do you rent linens?
No. We launder the linens you own.
Can I set up a regular schedule?
Pickups are booked when you need them. If you have bulk volume or want a regular schedule, get a quote and we will set it up with you.
Can you handle multiple properties?
Yes. Book a pickup for each property address. For many properties or bulk volume, get a quote and we will build a plan around your whole portfolio.
What if a guest stains the linens badly?
We treat stains before washing. We cannot promise every stain comes out, and if one will not, we will tell you.
What areas do you serve for Airbnb laundry?
You can book online anywhere on our pickup map. If your property is outside it, tell us where it is and we will quote it.
