How do I book a pickup?
Use the Book a Pickup button, enter your facility address, and choose a weekday.
How fast do I get my towels back?
Standard turnaround is 24 to 48 hours.
Do you provide towels or just wash ours?
We launder your existing towels. We do not rent towels. If you need to buy more to build up your rotation, we can point you to towel suppliers.
Can I set up a regular schedule?
Pickups are booked when you need them. If you have bulk volume or want a regular schedule, get a quote and we will set it up with you.
What do you do about gym towel odor?
The used pile leaves your building on every pickup instead of sitting in a bin between washes, and the towels come back washed, dried and folded. We will not promise a towel can never pick up an odor again, but getting the damp pile off site is most of the problem.
Can you handle yoga studio towels?
Yes. We wash yoga towels, mat towels, and hot yoga towels.
What does it cost?
The same as a home order: a per-pound price with an order minimum, pickup and delivery included. The current rate is on our pricing page.
