How do I book a pickup?
Use the Book a Pickup button, enter your address, and choose a weekday.
How fast do I get my towels back?
Standard turnaround is 24 to 48 hours.
Do you rent towels or linens?
No. We launder the towels and linens you own.
Can I set up a regular schedule?
Pickups are booked when you need them. If you have bulk volume or want a regular schedule, get a quote and we will set it up with you.
Can you remove hair dye stains from towels?
We treat stains before washing, including hair dye. We cannot promise every stain comes out.
Do you use fragrance-free detergents?
We offer a fragrance-free, dye-free wash, which is what most spas and salons ask for when clients have sensitivities. Just let us know your preference.
Can you handle spa robes and massage sheets?
Yes. We wash spa textiles including robes, massage sheets, blankets, and facial towels.
Do you serve barbershops too?
Yes. We wash towels, capes, and uniforms for barbershops, barber colleges, and grooming lounges.
