How do I prepare my laundry?
Just gather your clothes in any bag. We provide a reusable bag after your first order. Remove items from pockets and flag anything that needs special care.
What if I am not home at pickup?
Leave your bag in a spot you tell us about when you schedule: front porch, door hook, or with a building attendant. We grab it and you get a confirmation text.
How is the weight calculated?
We weigh your laundry at intake and send you the exact pounds and total before charging. The $35 minimum applies if your order weighs less than about 15 lbs.
What happens if something is damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right. We take every precaution, but if something goes wrong we handle it directly.
