W2 employees, not gig workers
Every driver is a Suds employee. We do not dispatch through a gig platform. Your laundry is handled by people we hired and trained.
24 to 48 hour turnaround
Standard turnaround is 24 to 48 hours from pickup. Same-day and next-day rush service is not offered.

How do I prepare my laundry?
Just gather your clothes in any bag. Remove items from pockets and flag anything that needs special care.
What if I am not home at pickup?
Leave your bag in a spot you tell us about when you schedule: front porch, door hook, or with a building attendant. We grab it and you get a confirmation text.
