You can cancel or reschedule any order from your dashboard. Recurring subscriptions can be paused or cancelled anytime with no penalty.

Yes. Same-day rush service is available at $3.50 per pound. Select Rush when scheduling and your items will be cleaned and returned the same day.

Pickup and delivery wash and fold is $2.25 per pound with a $35 minimum. Same-day rush service is $3.50 per pound.

Pickup and delivery is free on all orders $35 and over.

We accept all major credit cards. You are charged after we weigh and process your order. No payment is required at pickup.

Yes. The minimum for wash and fold is $35. Dry cleaning has a separate $50 minimum for dry-clean-only orders.

Yes. New customers receive 20% off their first laundry order. The discount does not apply to dry cleaning.

Dry cleaning is priced per item. There is a $50 minimum on dry-clean-only orders. Turnaround is 3 to 5 business days.

We offer wash and fold, dry cleaning, and bedding and linen cleaning, all with pickup and delivery.

We sort all laundry before cleaning. Delicates are washed separately on gentle cycles. Add special care notes when placing your order.

Yes. You can add care instructions when placing your order, including water temperature, folding preferences, and detergent requests.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right. We will re-clean or work out a fair resolution.

Yes. We use commercial-size equipment to clean all bedding sizes properly. Save $7 off each additional comforter or blanket when you include two or more in the same order.

Standard turnaround is 24 to 48 hours. Same-day rush service is available at the rush rate.
