Ordering and Scheduling
Visit our order page and choose a pickup time that works for you. Pickup and delivery runs Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.
Just gather your clothes in any bag. Remove items from pockets and let us know about any special care requirements when you place the order.
No problem. You can leave your laundry in a secure location such as your porch and we will do the same for delivery. Add access instructions in your order.
We do not offer recurring pickups on an automatic schedule. Your dashboard saves your addresses and keeps a Quick Reorder shortcut for your last order, so booking the next pickup takes a few taps.
Open the order in your dashboard and cancel it any time before it is picked up. Once your laundry is with us, contact us and we will help.
Pricing and Payment
Residential pickup & delivery is priced per pound at $2.45/lb, with a $45 order minimum. There are no sizes to pick: we weigh your laundry after pickup and charge for the actual weight, with the $45 minimum still applying. Pickup and delivery is included at no extra charge.
Drop-off laundry at one of our locations is priced per pound at $1.95/lb.
We accept all major credit cards. For pickup and delivery, there is no size to pick: we weigh your laundry after pickup and charge for the actual weight. Drop-off orders are weighed and priced per pound after processing. No payment is required at pickup.
Yes. New residential pickup and delivery customers receive 20% off their first laundry order. Commercial accounts are quoted per account and are not part of this offer.
Services and Quality
We offer wash and fold plus bedding and linen cleaning, all with pickup and delivery.
We sort all laundry before cleaning. Delicates are washed separately on gentle cycles. Add special care notes when placing your order.
Yes. You can add care instructions when placing your order, including water temperature, folding preferences, and detergent requests.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right. We will re-clean or work out a fair resolution.
Yes. We use commercial-size equipment to clean all bedding sizes properly. Save $7 off each additional comforter or blanket when you include two or more in the same order.

Drop-Off Locations
You can drop off at any of our three locations: Suds Laundromat Surprise (12751 W Bell Rd, Ste 101), Suds Laundromat Phoenix (13820 N 35th Ave), and The Laundry Center in Peoria (7530 W Peoria Ave). Pickup and delivery is also available across the West Valley and Northwest Phoenix.
