Monthly flat charge

Your plan price bills on the same date each month. No annual contract, no cancellation fee.

We weigh every order

After we pick up your laundry we weigh it. Wash-and-fold pounds count toward your included monthly total.

Overage billed at your tier rate

Pounds over your plan total are billed at your tier rate (Solo $2.10/lb, Family $2.00/lb, Household $1.85/lb). Non-member rate is $2.25/lb.

Unused pounds roll forward one month

Leftover wash-and-fold pounds carry to the next billing cycle automatically. They do not accumulate past one month and then expire.

Dry cleaning and bedding are always per piece
